Service Maintenance
As well as providing a maintenance service for systems we have installed, we are also very keen to take on maintenance of any other system. Please click here for a very competitive quotation.
All our customers will have either one or two routine maintenance visits per year (depending on the type of alarm fitted, see below).
Each visit will cover the following items:
- Tamper detection
- Setting and un-setting
- Entry and exit procedures
- Power supplies, circuits and batteries
- Detection devices
- Warning devices
- Alarm transmission equipment (remote signalling)
Maintenance visits are intended to establish the correct operation of the system and cannot be taken as a guarantee of future trouble-free performance.
We offer two levels of service maintenance agreements as defined to the right:

Standard
One visit per year for customers with Audible Only (Grade 2X) systems or remote signalling systems where a response from the emergency services is not required.
Two visits per year for customers with remote signalling systems (Grade 2 or higher) where a response from the emergency services is required.
Once our guarantee has expired, any Call-Out visits required in addition to the above routine visits will be charged at our normal rates.
Any items of system equipment found to be faulty during any service or breakdown call, where our guarantee has expired, will be charged at our normal rates
Premier
As standard plus replacement, free of charge for any items of system equipment found to be faulty during any service or breakdown call (except where the fault is due to physical damage or user error)
N.B. Premier is only available for new systems or new system upgrades only.
